This award winning 3D design package includes flexible solutions for designers looking for a fast, fun and easy approach to 3D work. The course covers all the features in this package and is suitable for those looking to get into 3D for architectural or product visualisation, full-on motion graphics and effects, 3D titling and generators, character animation – basically any situation requiring 3D can be handled by Lightwave.
There is a total of 15 lessons and each lesson is a maximum of 2 hours depending on the pace of the learners.
Learners will receive a full set of notes for each lesson in PDF format containing explanations, exercises covered in class etc… Additionally learners will receive supplementary tutorials and videos as-well-as exercises files.

Course Outline:

• Modelling: Learn from scratch how to model everything from architecture, products, creatures etc…
• Texturing: Learn the complexities of creating unique, realistic and complex textures.
• Animation: Animating everything from objects to lights to cameras to textures.
• Lighting: Everything you should know about this complex subject.
• Advanced Rendering Techniques: How to get the best results in the shortest possible time.
• Dynamics such as particle and collision systems.
• Output and Post Production.

Cost:

• Single learner (one-on-one tuition): R525.00 per lesson, R7875.00 Total
• Two to Five learners: R933.33 per lesson, R14000.00 Total
• Six to Ten learners: R1125.00 per lesson, R16875.00 Total

Venue:

• Single learner (one-on-one)
• Lessons can take place either at my studio/home in central Durban, or at your home / office (whichever suits you)
• Multiple learners
• Lessons must take place on-site at your premesis (I am fully mobile and equipped with data projector etc…)
• Note:
• If I am required to travel beyond the Prospectin, Pinetown, La Lucia radius, an additional R50.00 per lesson will be levied to cover travel.
• Training in other centres can be considered. Travel and accommodation would be for the clients account.

Certification:

• Learners will receive certification upon the successful completion of an assignment.

Backup:

• During and after the course, learners can (within reason) use me as an email resource if they require help with a particular course related item / issue.
